Hi

We tried all these voo-doo's to no avail (each several time for 2-5 min).

We also contacted support (the brick is still under warranty). Support
advice was the same (unplug, keep power button or keep reset idrac (i-icon)
for 20s).

Support gave 2 more hints:  (a)  clear NVRAM using NVRAM jumper on MB, (b)
take off all equipment from a server except CPU #1 , one DIMM, one PSU and
system board.

Nothing helped. Server does not boot OS, no VGA display, no IP connection
to iDRAC, nothing on serial port. The only 2 positives: both PSU have
power, disks start flashing after power-on.

Support decided to replace MB. Waiting for serviceman ...
