I installed OpenManage 8.3 using apt just fine from http://linux.dell.com/repo/community/ubuntu/ on a R430, however dcism is not found, despite the package being there: http://linux.dell.com/repo/community/ubuntu/pool/jessie/openmanage/830/iSM/
