I haven’t work with Debian and it's been a long time since I've worked 
with Ubuntu, but would the Ubuntu repos give you a "close enough" 
starting point?

The other option would be to get OME (grab it from the support site. 2.1 
is latest IIRC) and do out of band updates via the iDRAC - although 
there are some limitations there, such as you can't update drive 
firmware. You _might_ be able to do an in band update via OME as I think 
it's just "linux" support, but I haven't tried with Debian.
