If you have configured the latest DSU repo (16.07.00), please execute the inventory collector and share the output, which will help us to understand the failure scenario. Thanks for the reply - It appears that this was due to network issues at Dell yesterday - the network was down for 5 - 6 hours at least. This happened not only from our site but a connection from TACC didn't appear to work either. It appears that mirrors are being worked on but not a reality. I have attached the output from the collector nonetheless. Also as you might see there is a newer release of the BIOS which I had already downloaded from the Dell Support page manually - is there a way to get the latest updates using dsu - this would be very helpful especially for newer equipment which we're installing that have significant fixes e.g. for Broadwell processors.
