Hello again
strangely enough, after a power reset via IPMI (the machine became 
unrensponsive before I can read your emails), OMSA now reports the same status 
of the iDRAC for that DIMM.

Can you please try the below commands and restart the OMSA services:

dcicfg command=clearmemfailures
dcicfg command=clearthresholds

Please let us know in case it solves the issue.
