I have some ESXi servers (R620) with local storage using a single RAID-10
Virtual Disk.

I'd like to follow Dell's recommendation of monthly consistency checks of
these virtual disks, but right now the only way I can find to do it is
manually, via the OMSA "Manage Remote Node" function from another Dell
server running Linux and OMSA.

To make a long story short (output below), when I try to start the
consistency check using wsman, I get an error STOR013 "One or more Storage
device(s) not in a state where the operation can be completed".   However,
when using OMSA I can start and cancel the consistency check with no issues.
