Hi,

I have two new Dell PowerEdge R430 bought at the end of 2016.
When I try to install Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, it crash/hang very early at boot
(I have try : netboot, desktop 16.04 usb key and server 16.04 usb key ->
kernel v4.4.0-59).

It only boot and install if I enter "acpi=off" in the kernel command
line !!!!
But with "acpi=off" in kernel default grub boot, I can't really use the
power of this server (eg. only one CPU is report).

Does anybody try and succeed in installing Ubuntu 16.04 LTS on a new
PowerEdge R430 (2016) ?

Thanks in advance,
Best regards.
