UEFI netboot with iPXE definitely works with other NICs on R730. Sounds like an issue with that NIC's firmware or UEFI support.
Probably want to reach out to Dell/Broadcom support and see if they can help. Or maybe flash iPXE directly to the NIC (if it's supported), although that could void your warranty.
