In my experience LC and iDRAC NIC setting and/or config issues are best
solved by updating the Firmware on the iDRAC, LC and NIC, then resetting
the LC with the 'Repurpose' function and checkboxing
a) Reset LC to Defaults and delete Logs and Config Data
b) iDRAC Reset to Defaults

If the server firmware hasn't been updated for a while (lets say 1 or 2
