Hi The BIOS update is failing on system because iDRAC is not responding on the system. Request you to do reset the iDRAC and update BIOS on the system. Use "racadm racreset" command to reset the iDRAC from the system.

To which I can only say ... "a whole lot." That's the point. I'm hoping for some guidance here.
