Hi Frank, Partial failure may be due to failure while enumerating some components by Inventory Collector. The reason will be logged in Inventory Collector error log file.
Sample command to generate error log file: /usr/libexec/dell_dup /invcol_TG8N1_LN64_17.09.000.1242_A00 -logc="iclog.xml" iclog.xml will contain the information for partial failure.
