11G server updates are no longer included in the LifeCycle controller update catalog.

That's the reason you are observing "No update is available..." I was not able to find any official Dell announcement when and why LifeCycle controller support for 11G servers was dropped. Sashi did not offer any further details either. Alternatively, you can create a customized catalog using Dell Repository Manager tool (DRM) for 11th generation servers and then feed it to LC. But the catalog needs to be saved in .gz format (i.e. catalog.xml.gz). The alternative is to compile and publish your own catalog ...
