I can confirm the 11th gen poweredge Rx10 have borked storage controller
report with OMSA 9.1, whatever the OS is. Tested with Debian and CentOS.
Works with 8.5 and with 9.2.
But as you are running Debian 9, you're stuck cause we're still waiting
on OMSA 9.2 for Debian and 9.1 is the only available version.
And I'm not holding my breath given the time it has taken to just get an
OMSA that is installing without dirty hacks on Debian 9. I'm talking
months after Debian 9 release, and worst, months after Debian 8 went EOL.
Hopefully, Dell has learned the lesson and is already working on OMSA
for upcoming Debian 10...

What generation are your Dell servers?
OMSA 9.1 doesn't support 9G servers, for example.
