Howdy,

I'm attempting to update the firmware on a PE 2950 running CentOS 5.3 x86_64.

I mount the ISO (after cat'ing both ISO files together)
# mount -t iso9660 -o loop /root/OM_6.1.0_SUU_A00.iso /mnt

# cd /mnt
# ./autorun.sh

The inventory ran and indicated several components to update, I did so and was
told to reboot:

Mon Jul 20 11:37:23 CDT 2009 RAC_FRMW_LX_R209365.BIN - update successful
Mon Jul 20 11:37:23 CDT 2009 PE2950_BIOS_LX_2.6.1.BIN - reboot required to
complete update
Mon Jul 20 11:37:23 CDT 2009 NETW_FRMW_LX_R214709.BIN - reboot required to
complete update
Mon Jul 20 11:37:23 CDT 2009 RAID_FRMW_LX_R189337.BIN - reboot required to
complete update
Mon Jul 20 11:37:23 CDT 2009 BMC_FRMW_LX_R202152.BIN - update successful

Following the reboot, I run the autorun.sh the GUI will get stuck at 76% during
the Collecting Inventory Information.

I've let it sit for 2 hours without any change. Attempted another reboot
followed by running the autrun.sh again and still it sticks at 76%

In fact following the reboot, collecting inv inf jumps immediately to 76%, is
this information cached somewhere? Maybe deleting the cache and allowing inv
inf collection to start from scratch might solve this?

Thanks for any info,

Mike
