I have had to switch to another vendor after being told either they are waiting for fedex to pick them up(the units actually got shipped to elpaso) or that they have shipped but did not get a tracking number(i later got it through fedex). The absurdity of the excuses reached the point i switched to another vendor until they get things worked out.
