I recently received new OSMA alert logs that I have not encountered before:

Severity : Critical
ID : 1404
Date and Time : Mon Jul 27 18:11:26 2009
Category : Instrumentation Service
Description : Memory device status is critical
Memory device location: DIMM1
Possible memory module event cause:Single bit warning error rate
exceeded,Single bit failure error rate exceeded

Severity : Non-Critical
ID : 1403
Date and Time : Mon Jul 27 17:52:09 2009
Category : Instrumentation Service
Description : Memory device status is non-critical
Memory device location: DIMM1
Possible memory module event cause:Single bit warning error rate exceeded

I'm wondering how worried I should be about this. Have any of you encountered
this before and what were your experiences?

My hardware is still under service contact, so I'll probably see if I can have
Dell replace the RAM just to be on the safe side.
