David, For simple comparison, go to SPEC.org's site: http://www.spec.org/cgi-bin/osgresults?conf=default;op=form select: Company [ Display ] [ Matches ] [ Dell ] System [ Display ] [ Matches ] [ PowerEdge (R900|R710) ] and select "Fetch Results" at the bottom of the page Maximum SPECfp_rate2006 results for those systems are: PowerEdge R710 (Intel Xeon X5570, 2.93 GHz) 199 PowerEdge R900 (Intel Xeon X7460, 2.66 GHz) 155 SPEC results for the individual sub-tests can be viewed in the Disclosure sections. To get more results, you may want to use the "System" regex: PowerEdge (R|T|M)(4|6|7|9).. That'll get you about all of the blade, tower, rackmount 11th Gen systems that Dell has submitted results for. (AMD included, substitute "0" for the final "." to just get Intel results). (it's 605 results for various tests) http://www.spec.org/cgi-bin/osgresults?conf=default&op=fetch&proj-COMPANY=256&critop-COMPANY=0&crit-COMPANY=Dell&proj-SYSTEM=256&critop-SYSTEM=0&crit-SYSTEM=PowerEdge%20(R|T|M)(4|6|7|9)..&proj-PEAK=256&proj-CORES=256&proj-CHIPS=256&proj-CORESCHP=256&proj-CPU=0&proj-MEMORY=0&proj-OS=0&proj-HWAVAIL=0&crit2-HWAVAIL=Jan&proj-SWAVAIL=0&crit2-SWAVAIL=Jan&proj-LICENSE=0&proj-TESTER=0&proj-TESTDAT=0&crit2-TESTDAT=Jan&proj-PUBLISH=256&crit2-PUBLISH=Jan&proj-UPDATE=0&crit2-UPDATE=Jan&dups=0&duplist=COMPANY&duplist=SYSTEM&duplist=CORES&duplist=CHIPS&duplist=CORESCHP&duplist=CPU&dupkey=PUBLISH&latest=Dec-9999&sort1=COMPANY&sdir1=1&sort2=SYSTEM&sdir2=1&sort3=CORESCHP&sdir3=-1&format=tab --stephen _______________________________________________ Linux-PowerEdge mailing list [email protected] https://lists.us.dell.com/mailman/listinfo/linux-poweredge Please read the FAQ at http://lists.us.dell.com/faq
