Following the README.linux for PPP 2.3.5 the ppp.c is not replaced in
the
Kernel 2.0.35 tree but almost everything else is.
Upon complilation alot of structures seem to be inconsistant.
What is the recomended fix. In perusing the archive I see some notes
that recomend
against useing the ppp.c from PPP 2.3.5 especially for Kernel 2.0.34.
This kernel tree is from the RedHat 5.1 Distribution updates which
supposedly came
with PPP 2.3.3 but when you try demand dialling the deamon returns not
supported in
kernel.
