I donno about the modem, but the KNE20 is an ISA NE2000 compatible, as far as i know. it will use the NE2000 ISA driver. (works perfectly under linux) you need the driver disk though to setup the card into jumperless mode. Can prolly get it of their website. (www.kingston.com), though when you use it use manual config, and just set the I/O and IRQ to whatever you have free in your system. (i use 0x300, irq 5 or 10), and it always works. Dave J.
