It's perfectly possible to use the same IP address for eth0 and your end of
all the ppp links.

The IP addresses for the client ends must be unique: you can choose (but I
don't know how it's done) to give each client their own IP address and
assign it to them when they connect (static IP), or assign an IP address
for the other end of each connexon.
