My first guess would be that IP forwarding needs to be turned on - I think
that 2.0.34 was the first where this became necessary. But if it's not
turned on, then all dialins would be affected. If it is specific to Win3.1
+ Trumpet 2.0, as seems to be implied, then I haven't a clue.
