I don't know if there is an automated way, but I just use a little script
to replace the resolv.conf file and dial the correct isp.
I have a resolv.isp1 and a resolv.isp2 file and just copy the one I want
to resolv.conf. Somthing like:
cp /etc/resolv.isp2 /etc/resolv.conf
ifup ppp1
