Hi everyone,

When using the old kernels (2.0.x) I had to use 'setserial /dev/ttyS1
spd_vhi' to ensure to that my serial port could keep up with my modem.
Now, with 2.2.x this has apparently become obsolete (at least that's what
a lot of warning messages as well as the source code tells me). However,
I'm somewhat unclear on what the "replacement" is. Is there any ? Or is
the serial port by default set up to be able to handle 115200 bps ?

Currently, I've just taken the setserial command out of my rc.local to
get rid of the warnings, but I'm not sure that's the right solution.

Any insight will be appreciated.

Rasmus
