Specify one of the possible addresses that your ISP uses on the other
end of the link, and use the "ipcp-accept-remote" option to tell pppd
that it's OK to change it when the other end asks you to.

To find one of the addresses, do a normal (non-demand) connection, and
use ifconfig to report the interface status. It will tell you both your
IP and the one at the other end of the link.
