The method to get it to compile correctly against 2.0.36 is the same as 2.0.35, 2.0.34, etc. See http://www.tartu.customs.ee/valentin.shtml All this redundant discovery and patching seems silly, and it looks like the maintainers are unresponsive and absent, gone, or otherwise detained. Until the maintainers return (or new ones assume the role) ... Would it be useful if somebody uploaded a fixed ppp-2.3.5 someplace, for example, sunsite? I'd be willing to attempt that (though I've <!!!_NO_!!!> interest in assuming a ppp maintainer role beyond that). Anybody have great success with kernel 2.2.0 and ppp-2.3.5? Does it require anything above and beyond the basic patches?
