Yes, the client agrees, but the server doesn't understand that the client
agrees so it asks again (you did get more than one "AdminDefined", right?)

I have the following in my /etc/ppp/options:

# The server knows my IP
ipcp-accept-local
ipcp-accept-remote
noipdefault

(Read about them in the default options file that comes with ppp-2.3.5
 or some other docs)
