I can't seem to get ppp to work under 2.1.120. It calls the number, connects, but dies when it tries to establish the ppp connection. (The same sequence works like a charm running under 2.0.35.) There must be a way to tweak things a bit to make it run just as well under 2.1.120. Any ideas? Here is what I see in the log file. -------------------- Sep 9 16:22:44 localhost ifup-ppp: pppd started for ppp0 on /dev/modem at 115200 Sep 9 16:22:44 localhost kernel: CSLIP: code copyright 1989 Regents of the University of California Sep 9 16:22:44 localhost kernel: PPP: version 2.3.3 (demand dialling) Sep 9 16:22:44 localhost kernel: PPP line discipline registered.
