I have a problem: When my PPPD starts up it gets past the PAP auth code etc, then when it try's to get the ip address's for my connection you see the message " Unable to obtaion remote IP address" after a few REQ id=x3 etc and ACK, you get one REG messages, I see from other lists etc that this implies my provider is not sending the information, However I am able to obtaion a connection using windows 95 dial up? Does any one else see this, is it possible to tell PPPD to set the link to use only my IP address with the remote one being 0.0.0.0 ? _________________________________________________________ DO YOU YAHOO!?
