I have 2 leased lines between 2 servers. I use
EQL balancing and works great. (Linux2.0.33, pppd 2.3.5)
But there is 2 (small) problems:
1. The RX record is always 0 in EQL device. It's bad becouse
of statistics (MRTG).
2. Althrough the packets sent to the Internet contains the
correct IP addres (eql), the traceroute give as "hop address"
the other side's IP - but this is not too important.
You still keep reading? :-) Then there is an additional question:
Anybody knows something what can route my IP packets through
Linux with IP-number based priority? (Not with "device-based"
priority, as "shape" dev. does.)
