Using Linux 2.1.125 and pppd 2.3.5, when I make a PPP connection to my
ISP, the connection succeeds. (All the negotiations are correct according
to the logs.) However, when it adds a default route to the routing table,
it adds a route to the loopback interface, which, of course, is not the
desired result. The exact same setup works perfectly under Linux 2.0.32.
Does anyone have any ideas what might cause this behaviour?
