Most try three times

Hello guys, I have the following problem:

 

I'm running RedHat 5.1 and Kernel 2.0.34

and pppd 2.3.3, in my linux box.

I have configured AutoPPP server

 

In the other site I'm running Windows 95 OSR2

I don't know why to connect the client to the Linux Box I have to try three times, in the 3rd attemp or maybe the second It connect just fine, but in the first, after connect it hings verifying username and password.

 

Any Idea ?

 

here goes my /etc/ppp/options

My /etc/ppp/pap-secrets lokes like:

Any suggestion ?

 

Maybe mru mtu advice ?

Remember that the client connect but after try at least three times ok ?
