Don't flame 'em unless you want to get your e-mail address on their
list. Which they no doubt sell to other spammers.
Instead, attempt to pursuade the sysadmin of the machine the list
server is on to deny SMTP connections from the machine that
hosts Laff-a-day. Or use traceroute to trace the SMTP connection
to the laff-a-day machine, then write polite letters of complaint
to the <abuse> and <postmaster> addresses for that machine and
its immediate upstream host.
