I am desperately trying to get two modems running in parallel to my ISP
for a double speed connection. A boatload cheaper than the ISDN ripoff
here in Pittsburgh ($250/month) and almost as fast. The only problem is
that I have found very little documentation on the subject. The only
files I can find are from 1995 and the procedure:

 http://metalab.unc.edu/mdw/HOWTO/NET-3-HOWTO-6.html#ss6.2

doesn't do much except kill the traffic on the ppp interfaces for good
until they are restarted. Is this a dead issue that is not used anymore
or am I just looking in all the wrong places? I suspect that I may even
be asking this question in the wrong list :^) Anything anyone can point
me to will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
