Well, your ppp seems to work. You can't ping from anywhere in the LAN unless you have ICMP masquerading enabled in the kernel. Can you connect to sites on other ports, (i.e. 80), or in other words can you surf the web from the LAN machines. If not your masquerading isn't working or your routing .
