Recently i installed ppp-2.3.6 on my 2.2.3 kernel, before i was running
ppp-2.3.5, everything was fine until i started to get mesgs like this:
Mar 19 02:20:28 lunar pppd[1132]: Hangup (SIGHUP)
Mar 19 02:20:29 lunar pppd[1132]: ioctl(PPPIOCSASYNCMAP): No such file or
directory(5)
Mar 19 02:20:30 lunar pppd[1132]: Exit.
It disconnects the modem, and kills pppd dead, even when demand dialing is
set it wont redial....any suggestions?
