Do you get connect ? because many of them forget their passwd, 
do you have your PpP working ?
now you must have your /etc/resolv.conf setup correctly. if you don't know
ask your IsP, he must tell you this.

if not goto small court ans szoooooooo him.

I hope this 'll work if not send me your ppp modem config files, then I'll
tell you how
