I can not successfully dial out using cron.
Here's what I got:
o Redhat 5.2 kernel 2.2.3 pppd 2.3.5
o script written to dial-up: w/ #!bin/sh
o script successfully connects from command line.
o cron entry calling script.
here's what happens:
o cron seems to execute the script ok
(a pppd entry shows up when i "ps a")
o under tty it has a ?
o modem sits there...
I assume that is the problem, but don't know
how to specify the terminal for a cron job.
Or is there something else i need to be doing...
