Hello!
I have Slackware Linux 3.6 running on my computer. I have all
of the required PPP packages, and a internal 33.6k modem on
cua3. Here's the problem:
I go and type ppp-go to start the dial-in proccess. Nothing
happens for about 3 minutes, and then it starts dialing, and
connects, then I can use Lynx, Ftp, and the other standard
programs. I used the pppsetup program included with Slackware
to conifigure my connection. I have done setseial to the proper
settings. The IRQ isn't conflicting with other devices - I checked.
Does anyone have any idea what's going on?
