I doubt you can find copies of these programs anywhere on the net that will
work with such an old Slackware -- it's probably old enough to require a.out
versions of the programs, and the current versions are ELF. 

If you *can* use the current versions, you can get the relevant package at
URL ftp://metalab.unc.edu/pub/Linux/distributions/slackware/3.6/slakware/ .
The package you want, for both apps, it n8/tcpip1.tgz .

But the realistic answer is for you to upgrade to a more current version
(3.6) of Slackware (or some other Linux distribution).
