Your VJ compresion IS turned off. Note, that other peer is asking 
about VJ (RCVD=received Config request about VJ, and your side ALWAYS 
ANSWERS "NO WAY" = ConfRej = Config. REJECTED !!!

What else you want? Both sides agreed finally to not use VJ. That's 
normal, if other side try to set up VJ, but your side disagreed. Or 
you believe, that if you don't want VJ, other sides know it and even 
don't try to establish it??? RTFM
