For now - updated man page, driver uses all availabe lines to send big
packets to reduce transmit delay (as it working in NT - split packet over
all lines if each piece of fragment is longer than 100 bytes), line fill
working. End-point discriminator and short-sequence numbers are now
implemented, but not tested.

Also I've played with CBCP (Callback protocol) - its have some extensions.
