Here is a much more detailed log file. In this log file I connected to two different ISP's using two different modems. The first connection isnt working right. Look at the frames for the telnet session. It just keeps sending and receiving the same frames. The second connection worked great. This leads me to believe that maybe a pppd option might fix my problem?
