See ftp://ftp.east.telecom.kz/pub/src/networking/ppp/multilink/ for
ppp-2.3.5-mp.tgz and ppp-2.3.8-7.diff.gz. Use pppd from first package and
kernel module made from second patch for ppp-2.3.8. No problems except
performance degradation (I'm looking for problem now).
