Hi Megan,

If the sportster is pnp, then you must set the jumpers to make it non-pnp.
The instructions are in the manual.
Then it should hopefully work.
Also, don't have the modem assert the cd line.
I'm not entirely sure what that means, but make sure that setting is off or it
won't work.
