Hi,
I scanned a lot of material regarding PPP and IPX, but I do not find a
comprehensive answer for my problem:
connecting dial-in users via a Linux-Dialin-Server onto an IPX-Network.
Neither the IPX-Howto nor the PPP-Howto seem to cover this.
Does anyone have a running configuration for this ?
Yes, IPX is configured on the Linux machine. IPX is running, I can
ncpmount netware drives etc. /proc/net/ipx_route does look ok.
I am unable to start ipxd in any way. It just states what it finds on
the primary interface and then exits after saying:"interface bound to
net 0".
Win-95 Clients will say that IPX is a working protocol. Do I have any
possibility to check for IPX routing capabilities from a Client ?
Thanks for any tips !
Stefan
