Use the `hide-password' option.

The peer wants to do IPX, you don't support it. No problem.

You are using the proxyarp option but you are assigning an IP address
to the peer which is not on the same subnet as any of your ethernet
interfaces.

Probably your system and the peer do not have any compression method
in common.
