Sorry if someone already answered this.

This is not how multilink is used. When you speak of multiple sites, you
are speaking of multihome, an entirely different beast. In order to do
multihoming, you need to aquire an Atonomous System Number from ARIN,
have your own, portable netblock from ARIN, and arrange to do BGP peering
with the sites you connect to. Very complex beast indeed. And not cheap.

Multilink is simply for agregating multiple channels to the same location.
Nothing less, nothing more. (It's really complex to do multilink to the
same place with channels on different equipment, requiring the provider to
support what is known as Multi-Chasis Bonding.)
