Yes. Plug tha cable and it's done.

Yes, if you have 2 free COM ports. If not, a solution is to buy a
multiport (see www.cyclades.com).

1. Check your dmesg output to see if the ports are there.
2. Install and configure mgetty
3. Install and configure ppp
4. Test it!
