That solved my problem for the compress .
I still get the error

Nov 30 08:46:07 fmu0 pppd[18066]: local IP address x.x.x.x
Nov 30 08:46:07 fmu0 pppd[18066]: remote IP address y.y.y.y
I don't have y.y.y.y as my remote m/c address , it is picking from where ?
x.x.x.x is also not my m/c address may be picking from ? .
My m/c showing connectin to y.y.y.y, and y.y.y.y is also showing live
connecting from my m/c
I can ping y.y.y.y
but i can't ping that m/c with the name that m/c has in the it's network ,
or in my options command .
I can't ping any other m/c in that network
my y.y.y.y is NT server
