I have kernel 2.2.10 sources, do i need other packages to install it,
something like module.stuff.x.y.z.tgz? or is just this kernel sources?

You were right, /dev/modem is sharing IRQ 4 with mouse device. This is
obvious since /dev/modem is on COM3, mouse is in COM1. I'll try to
change modem to /dev/ttyS1 with jumpers.
